What is your return policy?

You can return any unopened and unused Hylan Minerals product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team by email at support@hylanminerals.com or by live chat on our website with your order number and reason for return. Our Customer Support team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship your product back to us.

How do I ship back my items for a return?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

2. Damaged Products

What if I received a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order.


Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged product.
We will gladly send you a replacement product free of charge.

3. Return Exceptions

Do you accept returns for opened or used products?

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.

Do you accept returns on products I purchased through another retailer?

Products purchased through third-party retailers are subject to the retailer's return policy.

What about sale or promotional items?
