Refund policy

At Hylan Minerals, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Returns

  • You can return any unopened and unused Hylan Minerals product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@hylanminerals.com or start a live chat on our website with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our Customer Support team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship your product back to us.  
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, less the restocking fee.

Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged product.
  • We will gladly send you a replacement product free of charge.

Exceptions

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.
  • Sale items or promotional items may not be eligible for returns.
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers are subject to the retailer's return policy.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
